central location convenience

room upgradepublic squareeasy walkfirm pillows
i was given a triple room as an upgrade because there is no elevator in the building. the room overlooked a public square with restaurants and activity from 10:00 to 22:00. i found the atmosphere unique. the hotel is an easy walk to the grote markt and the royal palace.
the pillows were too firm for my liking i found it difficult to get comfortable. there was no way to lock the door from the inside i felt a bit insecure. still it was impossible to enter without a key

The location was really good! it offered very convenient access to central attractions. The front desk staff were friendly, and they offered assistance. I could store my luggage after checkout, and that helped me a lot.
The room lacked an elevator, so I had to carry luggage up the stairs. The bathroom smelled bad at times. The photos did not match it. Cleanliness could see improvement. There were some issues.
